The incident occurred in Avgandağı locality of Taşkale village of the center.
According to the information obtained, Mahir Akkuş's (35) relatives who could not reach Mahir Akkuş (35) who was grazing their sheep in the plateau for 2 days went out to search for the shepherd.
After the search, Akkuş's lifeless body was found by his relatives in a mountainous area. Gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the area upon notification. Gendarmerie teams took security measures at the scene. After the examination of the Public Prosecutor, Akkuş's lifeless body was taken to Karaman Training and Research Hospital morgue for autopsy.
